Together again -- this time off the dance floor! Two weeks after their triumphant victory on Dancing With the Stars, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and partner Meryl Davis reunited for what looks to have been a very special night on the town.

The DWTS vet, 34, shared a picture of their reunion via Instagram on Tuesday, June 3, writing, "All is right in the world again! Got my long awaited hug!" In the photo, Chmerkovskiy wears a suit and has his arm around Davis' waist.
One night earlier, Us Weekly caught up with the season 18 champ at the Fred and Adele Astaire Awards in New York City, where he dished about their "perfect partnership" on DWTS. Asked to talk about their bond, he teased, "About our romance?"

"I love her. I love her!" he raved. "I love her as a person and for what she has allowed me to do with our choreography and how much she's embraced it...She's a brilliant person, and she's also very normal. I enjoyed my time with her. It was sad when the season was over." He noted, though, that they still meet up for dinner.

In fact, as Us previously reported, the DWTS winners were spotted out together shortly after their victory on May 20. "Maks and Meryl were super touchy-feely," a source told Us of the pair, who insist they're just friends. "Before dinner they were in a corner talking really close. He kept kissing her on the forehead and was doting on her."
Another insider said, however, that Chmerkovskiy is "that affectionate with all women. He always acts like that. It's how he is, very touchy-feely."
